The Sacred Heart Gremlins soccer team lost 3-1 at Southern Boone on Tuesday.

Despite the loss, senior goalkeeper Alex Karigan had a great defensive game with many saves tonight.

Southern Boone was first to score on a PK with 22 minutes left in the first half.  The Eagles scored again on a free kick making the score 2-0 at halftime.

Sophomore Jackson Manning scored eight minutes into the second half.  Southern Boone scored again about eight minutes later.  The final score was 3-1.

Sacred Heart (12-7-2) travels to Smithton (19-1) Thursday, Oct. 21. Their next home game is Oct. 26 with Fatima.
