Skyline Students Raise $400 for Families Affected By Fires

Skyline Elementary School mixed age teacher Tonya Edgar and her second and third grade students on Friday, Dec. 20, present a check for $400 to Sedalia Mayor John Kehde for the Fire Relief Fund to help local families affected by the recent fires.

The students raised the money over two days selling Candy Cane Grams, candy canes with small notes attached, for $1 each. Parents of Edgar's students donated the materials.
