Smith-Cotton Lady Tigers Come Up Short Against Battle

S-C Lady Tigers played Columbia Battle Wednesday evening at home and lost 43-37.
Coach Jonathan Tester said: "It was one of the Lady Tigers' best defensive efforts of the year against the much longer and taller Battle team. Coming off of an emotional game last night versus Warrensburg, I thought the effort was collectively outstanding."

The Lady Tigers were led in scoring with 12 from Kiara Williams, and 8 each from Nia Hawkins and Haley Wiskur. S-C drops to 5-13.

S-C next plays at home Friday night against Center. It is Hall of Fame induction night.
