S-C started its night by avenging a loss from the week before by defeating Raytown, 24-6. The defense had two interceptions, with Terrell Peck returning one for a touchdown.

In the second game, quarterback Jaden Kendrick connected with running back Gauge Young twice for 40-yard TDs as the Tigers topped Summit Christian High, 19-6.

S-C fell behind, 12-0 to Lee's Summit in the final matchup of the night, but the Tigers were able to battle back for a 19-12 win.

S-C head coach Charlie McFail said, "Our players showed great poise in the face of adversity, continuing to play solid defense and offense to pull out the victory in the second half."

The Tigers will open their July camp on July 17 at Tiger Stadium.
