Smith-Cotton’s Smith Receives State Award

Smith-Cotton High School senior Bailey Smith, president of the school's Student Council, is presented the Missouri Association of Student Councils Distinguished Student Leader Award by S-C Student Council sponsor Greg Willson.

MASC grants the award to students who demonstrate superior student council leadership skills and knowledge.

Smith said: "Receiving this honor is very rewarding and humbling. MASC has been a huge part of my life for three years now, and I have met the most incredible friends and had the chance to work alongside some of the best leaders in Missouri. I am so thankful and ready to use my skills to make a difference."
