St. Louis Board of Alderman Look At Proposal To Create A St. Louis Civilian Oversight Board

ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis' governing board appears ready to decide a measure that would allow citizens to review complaints against police officers. The St. Louis Board of Aldermen is expected to vote today on a proposal that would create a seven-person St. Louis Civilian Oversight Board. The panel would investigate citizen complaints of police misconduct and review police policy and practices.
