Stover Woman Injured in Morgan County Crash

A 21-year-old Stover woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Friday in Morgan County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2005 Ford Taurus, driven by Kelsey M. Sewell of Stover, was on Missouri 135, 84 feet south of Deer Ridge Road at noon, when the vehicle went off the right side of the roadway. The driver overcorrected. And the vehicle then went off the left side of the roadway and struck a tree.

Sewell suffered moderate injuries, and was transported to Lake Regional Hospital for treatment.
