A fingerprint scanner was used, confirming the identity of 39-year-old Devetta Davis White of Sedalia.

The suspect had two active warrants out of Pettis County.

The driver immediately took off on foot. A foot pursuit ensued, and the driver was captured. He provided false identification.

Lourdes Rubio-Herrera, age 31, was arrested and transported to the Pettis County Jail for three counts of Forgery and Felony Identity Theft.
