The Sedalia-Pettis County Emergency Management Agency noted on Thursday that it would move its monthly tornado siren test up from Wednesday, March 4 to Tuesday, March 3 to coincide with a statewide tornado drill that is planned.

The drill will begin at 10 a.m. U.S. National Weather Service (NWS) radios will sound at that time. If severe weather threatens the area that day, the date will be pushed back to March 5.
