Moniteau County Sheriff's deputies recently arrested two Jefferson City residents after meth was reportedly discovered during a traffic stop east of California, MO.

According to a press release from the Moniteau County Sheriff's Department, deputies attempted to stop a motorcycle on Look Out Trail, when the subject began to flee on the bike.

A short time later, deputies managed to stop the motorcycle. The driver is identified as 48-year old Christopher O. Craft, and a passenger, 35-year old Mekeda Rosenburg, both of Jefferson City.

Deputies reportedly located methamphetamine on both subjects that appeared to be packaged for sale.

Both Craft and Rosenburg were arrested and taken to the Moniteau County Jail, for Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Each had a bond of $75,000.
