Two Clinton Residents Arrested by Patrol
The Missouri State Highway Patrol arrested two Clinton residents Wednesday morning at 10:36 a.m. in Henry County.
35-year-old Timmy L. Rhoades was charged with driving while revoked and no seat belt. He was also wanted on a felony St. Clair County warrant.
30-year-old Carissa M. McCaulley was wanted on a felony Cass County warrant and a misdemeanor Cass County warrant.
Both were taken to the Henry County Jail,. where they were processed and bonded out.
