Two Die In Motorcycle Accident Near Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Mo. (AP) — Two Illinois residents are dead after a motorcycle accident in northeast Missouri. The accident happened around noon Sunday in Pike County, killing 62-year-old Bruce Pittman and 54-year-old Karen Halsey. The Missouri State Highway Patrol says the motorcycle went off the side of the road, struck a tree and ejected both riders.
