Two Sedalia Men Arrested After Drugs Found in Moniteau County
Authorities in Moniteau County say methamphetamine and marijuana were discovered on February 24 in a vehicle that was blocking Highway 50.
According to the Moniteau County Sheriff's Office, a deputy approached the vehicle and was told by the driver that it had quit running. The deputy reportedly detected the odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle.
A passenger, 28-year-old Nathan Green of Sedalia, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance. The driver, 26-year-old Shea T. Archibeque of Sedalia, was found to have an active warrant for failure to appear out of Cooper County, and was also taken into custody.
