Two Sedalians were arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol Friday afternoon around 3 p.m. in Pettis County.

Evan C. Bankovich and Devin D. Riley, both 24, and both of Sedalia, were taken to the Pettis County Jail.

Bankovich was charged with failure to obey a lawful order of a Highway Patrol officer, resisting arrest, identity theft, possession of a forgery instrument, possession of marijuana, and unlawful use of marijuana.

Riley was wanted on two misdemeanor Pettis County warrants.
