A vehicle pursuit in Marshall on Thursday afternoon ended in a two-vehicle wreck, with one woman injured and another arrested.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the incident just after 2:00, when the driver of a Chevrolet Cruz, 29-year old Treska M. Burnham, of Winter Haven, FL, was involved in a pursuit and ran a red light. The Cruz struck a 2013 Chevy in the intersection.

The driver of the 2013 Chevy, 86-year old Doris B. Carpenter, of Marshall, suffered moderate injuries. Carpenter was taken to University Hospital for treatment.

Burnham was reportedly uninjured but she was arrested for numerous offences, including six counts of felony forgery, felony resisting arrest and no drivers license.

Burnham was taken to the Lafayette County Jail.
