Western Missouri Comprehensive Pain Center Celebrates New Location, Expanded Team
Western Missouri Comprehensive Pain Center has officially relocated to the former Behavioral Health Unit (BHU), just off the Main Entrance of Western Missouri Medical Center (WMMC) in Warrensburg.
The new space allows the Pain Center to expand its services and provide additional resources to better support patients with comprehensive pain management needs.
The Pain Center is led by Jason Barnes, DO, a board-certified anesthesiologist and interventional pain specialist. WMMC is also pleased to welcome Tiffani Hoefer, PA-C, who brings over 10 years of experience in pain management. Hoefer specializes in patient assessments, treatment planning, procedures, and medication management, and has joined the team to enhance patient care.
Together, Dr. Barnes and Hoefer provide a wide range of advanced interventional procedures, including:
Epidurals
Branch blocks
Joint injections
Radiofrequency ablations
Nerve blocks
Spinal cord stimulation
Additional interventional treatments

Patients now check in at the new location via the main hospital entrance. Temporary signage is in place to assist patients in navigating the hospital.
