Smith-Cotton High School senior Carin Whittall has accepted an athletic scholarship to play on the women’s soccer team at State Fair Community College in Sedalia.

Whittall, the daughter of Eric Whittall, was a three-year member of the S-C Lady Tigers varsity soccer team, earning letters twice. She was team captain her senior year. She also competed in girls wrestling her senior year.

S-C Lady Tigers Soccer Head Coach Meredith Brick said, “Carin has been a positive role model during her time in Smith-Cotton's girls soccer program. She is a composed and aggressive player who is willing to do whatever it takes to help defend our goal and help our team be successful. I am very happy for Carin as she pursues her academic and soccer career at State Fair Community College.”
