A former southwestern Missouri junior high school art teacher is accused of receiving online child pornography while at work.

The Springfield News-Leader reports that a federal grand jury in Springfield indicted 41-year-old Evert Wayne Henry.

Henry formerly worked at Lebanon Junior High, northeast of Springfield.

The indictment alleges that he received the child pornography during a five-year period from January 2011 through Jan. 13 of this year.

Jacy Overstreet, spokesman for the Lebanon school district, says Henry was suspended in January after the allegations came to light. Henry since has been fired.
