Funeral Announcements for March 4, 2024

A celebration of life for Dennis Paul Cranfill, 71, of Smithton, will be held at 11 a.m. March 6 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery following the service.

A private Celebration of Life for Ruth Ann "Soozi" Hawkins, 93, Sedalia, will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Heckert Funeral Home.

A graveside service for Alberta Lucille Tucker, 93, of Madison, Mississippi, formerly of Cole Camp, will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 10 at Cole Camp Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Fox Funeral Home in Cole Camp.

Memorial service for Russell Aaron Vinson, 87, of Sedalia, will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, March 8, at Bethany Baptist Church, 500 North Park, Sedalia. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. at the church.

A celebration of life for Caleb Ryan Sell, 34, of Sedalia, will be held from 10 a.m., to 12 p.m., March 16 at Rea Funeral Chapel.

Mass of Christian Burial for Anna Marie Wright, 92, of Sedalia, will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 5 at Sacred Heart Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 4 from 6 to 8 p.m., with Recitation of the Rosary at 6:15 p.m. at Rea Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

A celebration of life for Evelyn Livinia O'Dell, 87, of Sedalia, will be held graveside at Highland Sacred Gardens on a later date. Arrangements are in the care of Rea Funeral Chapel.

The family of RaVana Kay Watring, 76, of Syracuse, will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Monday, March 4 at Meisenheimer-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Tipton. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 5 at First Baptist Church of Syracuse. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery.

A memorial service for Charles Edward Bell, 99, of Sedalia, will be held at 3 p.m. Friday, March 8 at Rea Funeral Chapel. Full Military Honors will be conducted by the United States Army, VFW Post #2591, and the Patriot Guard Riders. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service, at the funeral chapel, with a Masonic service being conducted by Sedalia Masonic Lodge #272 AF&AM.

There will be no services for Joeva Mae Ellington, 72, of Sedalia. Arrangements are under the direction of Heckart Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
