The Sedalia Public Library will hold a “Birthday Bash” to benefit Open Door Food Pantry, Thrift Shop and Kitchen this Saturday, July 29 from 10 a.m., to 12 p.m., in the Queen City Room, 311 W. 3rd.

The library is collecting supplies for kids in our community for a birthday bag that will contain a cake tin pan, cake mix, frosting, candles and a small gift with a $10-15 value for young kids to teens.

You may bring all donated items to the library during Summer Reading time.

There will be crafts, music, food and fun for all ages.

Open Door is celebrating 50 years in 2023.
