Lincoln Man Injured in Friday Morning Motorcycle Accident

A 55-year old Lincoln man was injured Friday morning after being ejected from a motorcycle.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident at 10:45, on Route T, west of Kinkead Lane in Benton County.

According to the online crash report, a Harley Davidson motorcycle swerved to avoid a vehicle pulling away from a private drive. The motorcycle traveled off the road and overturned, ejecting the driver.

The driver, Randy R. Peek, suffered moderate injuries in the wreck. He was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, by Warsaw/Lincoln EMS, for treatment.
