Missouri Deputy Auditor Harry Otto Discusses Auditor Duties and Speed Traps [INTERVIEW]

This morning, Missouri's Deputy Auditor Harry Otto was the guest speaker at the Sedalia area Chamber of Commerce Breakfast. Mr. Otto spokes about the duties of the auditor’s office and then answered questions from the audience.

After the meeting, I interviewed Mr. Otto. One of the questions he was asked centered around speed traps in the state of Missouri; an issue those in attendance found both humorous and interesting when he spoke.
