Missouri State Highway Patrol Reports a Fatal Accident in Lafayette County Monday (June 16)

 

At 8:15 Monday morning the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a fatality accident on Highway 13 North of Garrison Road in Lafayette County. According to the reprt the accident occurred as the 2004 Pontiac driven by 22-year-old Dalton Rardon of Polo Missouri crossed the centerline, and was struck by the 2003 Chevrolet driven by 33-year-old Katie Reagan of Corder. After the impact the Pontiac travelled off the roadway, and ejected Rardon. The Chevrolet also travelled off the roadway, and caught fire. Rardon was pronounced deceased at the scene, and was taken to Walker Nadler Fuller Funeral Home in Lexington. Reagan suffered minor injuries, and was transported to Lafayette Regional Hospital by EMS for treatment.
