Around 4:30 Tuesday afternoon (Oct 25), Sedalia Police officers were on patrol in the area of West 5th Street and South Kentucky Avenue. A male subject was walking in the area, and officers knew he had active warrants for his arrest. Contact was made with the man and dispatch confirmed the warrants. 32-year old David Tyrell Boggs Jr. was arrested for a FTA warrant from Benton County and a Pettis County warrant for resisting arrest. He was placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail. Bond on the Pettis County warrant was set at $3,500.00, cash or surety. Boggs Jr. was also held at the jail, in connection to an incident from October 17, 2016, including 1st Degree Burglary, 2nd Degree Assault, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and 2nd Degree Property Damage.

 

On Tuesday (Oct 25), Pettis County Sheriff's deputies arrested John-Paul David Sullivan, of Cole Camp, in the area of Lamine Avenue and Broadway. He had an outstanding warrant from Barry County, with no bond.
