A 26-year old Sedalia man was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center after suffering minor injuries in a one-vehicle wreck Sunday night in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the wreck at 9:20, on Georgetown Road just south of Route H.

According to the online crash report, a northbound 2000 Chevy Suburban traveled off the right side of the road, struck several trees, and then came to rest near a ravine.

The driver, 26-year old Matthew L. Barkacs, suffered minor injuries in the wreck. Barkacs was taken to Bothwell Regional Health Center, by PCAD, for treatment.

The MSHP says that Barcaks was later arrested for DWI and failing to drive on the right half of the roadway.
