Pettis County Deputies and Troopers responded to the 19000 Block of Highway EE for a disturbance. Deputies later arrested 21-year old Nathan Green for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Yesterday at 4 a.m. Sedalia Police were writing reports and they heard a loud noise outside. Sedalia Police saw a man carrying a large tree limb towards a patrol car that was parked. The man threw a tree limb down and then began to walk around and appeared to be intoxicated. Sedalia Police told the man to stop and he ran to the southside of the building before officers caught him. When he was asked by Sedalia Police why he didn't stop, he said, “I'm drunk.” Jarrod Caparoon was arrested for failure to obey, and bond was set at $531.50.

Pettis County Deputies responded to the 26000 Block of Griessen Road in reference to an in-progress attempt of stealing a trailer between 8:45 and 11 p.m. On August 26. The Deputies were not able to locate the suspect, however his vehicle was taken as evidence.

Pettis County Deputies took a report from a business on Highway 127 that several scrap pieces of metal were missing from the property. The estimated value of the missing property is about $1,500.

Yesterday (August 26), members of the Goodwill Chapel Church reported to Pettis County Deputies a burglary and property damage that had occurred sometime since August 19. There are no known suspects at this time.

A man in the 31000 Block of Lee Road reported to the Pettis County Sheriff's Office that sometime during the overnight hours of August 22 that someone entered his property and damaged several fences with his tractor.

A man in the 1500 Block of North Ohio reported to Pettis County Deputies that items were taken from the body shop between 1:42 a.m.and 2 a.m. August 25.

A woman from Otterville reported to Pettis County Deputies that someone gained entry into her vehicle while parked in the 21000 Block of Highway 50. It is not known if any items were taken out of the vehicle between 11:30 p.m August 24 and 1 a.m. August 25.

A woman in the 400 Block of East Saline reported to Sedalia Police that a Dish Network satellite receiver was stolen between 7:30 p.m. August 17 and 10 a.m. August 19.

A woman in the 1200 Block of South Kentucky reported to Sedalia Police that her sons orange BMX style bike was stolen in front of a friends house between midnight and 7:30 a.m. On August 26.

A woman reported to Sedalia Police that somebody stole the memory card from her cell phone on August 24 between 4 and 6 p.m.

Jeremy Casteel reported to Sedalia Police that he legally parked his car in the 1600 Block of South Brown Avenue and it was struck between 6 and 10:45 p.m. August 25.

Pettis County Deputies received a report of identity theft that happened in the 2900 Block of South Washington.

Pettis County Deputies arrested Shyla Cranmer on a probation violation warrant out of Saline County, bond was set at $10,000 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Jeffrey Lindenmeyer for stealing $4 in items from Woods Supermarket, bond set at $531.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Robert Bemiss for driving while suspended, bond set at $531.50 and having a Morgan County warrant for a traffic offense, bond set at $300 cash only.

Sedalia Police arrested Chris Eugene Shepard and Lasheina Shepard for driving while suspended, bond set at $531.50.

Sedalia Police arrested John Zink for having a Jefferson City Police warrant, bond set at $200 cash.

Sedalia Police arrested Elisha Harris for failure to appear, bond set at $88.50.

Sedalia Police arrested Robert Caton for being a fugitive from justice from Maryland.

Sedalia Police arrested Araceli Cano-Rodriguez for no operator's license.
