At 5:14 Wednesday morning (April 23), the Sedalia Police Department executed a no-knock narcotics related warrant at 820 West 3rd St., Apartment D. Officers forced entry to the apartment and found four people inside, who were detained without incident. During a search of the apartment, police found methamphetamine, marijuana, drug packaging supplies, drug paraphernalia and a firearm that had been reported stolen in Miller County.

Following an investigation, 24-year-old Robert A. Woolery was arrested on charges of distribution of methamphetamine within 2000 feet of a school, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen merchandise. Also arrested was 25-year-old Trista G. Kendrick. Kendrick was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Both suspects were transported to the Pettis County Jail and placed on 24-hour hold pending the filing of formal charges. The other two people in the apartment were released without charges.
