Sedalia Police Department Crime Reports for April 13, 2017

Around 5:15 Tuesday evening (Apr 11), Sedalia Police responded to the area of West 5th Street and South Missouri Avenue, for a report of a UTV driving dangerously. The driver was identified as 23-year-old Nicole Vanhook. According to the report, Vanhook's driving status was suspended. Vanhook was arrested and placed on a 24-hour hold in the Pettis County Jail.

Just after 7:00 Tuesday night (Apr 11), Sedalia Police responded to the 3rd Street and Engineer Avenue in reference to a vehicle accident. Officers made contact with both drivers. According to the report, one of the drivers was intoxicated. Officers arrested the intoxicated driver, 58-year-old Gregory Joe Hoskins, and transported him to the Pettis County Jail. Hoskins was booked and released pending state charges.
