ST. LOUIS (AP) — The president of a youth baseball charity being sued by the St. Louis Cardinals over alleged scalped tickets says it has used funds properly. Lewis & Clark Baseball League President Nicholas Mahrt says money involved in the ticket transactions was used for charity. Last week, the Cardinals filed a lawsuit against the nonprofit accusing it of breaching a contract and committing fraud by selling hundreds of tickets over face value.
