ST. LOUIS (AP) — A St. Louis County doctor has been sentenced to three years of probation for receiving misbranded drugs and making false statements in patient files. The U.S. Attorney's office in St. Louis said Wednesday that 62-year-old Mel Lucas of Chesterfield and his clinic, Patterson Medical Clinic in Florissant, also repaid $186,000 to the government to settle the allegations.
