Two Arrested After Deputies Respond to Suspicious Vehicle Call
Two Eldon residents were arrested in California, Missouri after the Moniteau County Sheriff's Office received a call of a suspicious vehicle on August 26.
The Moniteau County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that deputies and California police officers spoke with two people and observed suspicious items in the vehicle. Consent to search the vehicle was granted, and deputies reportedly discovered items hidden inside the dash of the car, and recovered digital scales, drug paraphernalia and a "substantial amount" of methamphetamine.
50-year-old Timothy Nicholas and 30-year-old Angela Gagnier were arrested and transported to the Moniteau County Jail.
