Two Kingsville residents were injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Sunday night in Johnson County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 1996 Dodge Ram, driven by 28-year-old Caleb A. Foose of Kingsville, was at 1351 SW 200 Road (northwest of Holden) just after 10 p.m., when the Dodge crested a hill and began to slide. The vehicle went off the roadway and overturned, ejecting both occupants, both of whom were not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.

Foose and his passenger, 29-year-old Colt D. Warren, also of Kingsville, suffered serious injuries. Foose was flown to Research Medical Center by LifeFlight, while Warren was transported by JCAD to Centerpoint Hospital.

The Dodge Ram was totaled and towed by Warrensburg Tow.
