This food-eating champion won a wing and a prayer. But mostly a wing.

Molly Schuyler, a skinny mother of four from Omaha, Nebraska set a new record by eating 363 chicken wings to win the Wing Bowl on Friday in Philadelphia.

Schuyler, who weighs a mere 120 pounds, shattered the old mark of 337 wings set by Kobayashi in 2012.

Schuyler took her victory in stride, noting there was no secret to her success:

We come from Omaha and we don't really have the kind of wings you guys have out here. I had to 'wing' it."

Schuyler, a relative newcomer to competitive eating who made waves a few weeks ago by polishing off a 72-ounce steak in under three minutes, wouldn’t commit to defending her title just yet.
