Sedalia's annual Customer Service Survey will soon be arriving at every household.

The City says the surveys will again be enclosed with residents' water bills.

The purpose of the annual survey is described as a way to provide feedback as to how the City is doing in terms of service to citizens. It can help identify services that customers would like to see continue and where the City should focus more attention on improving.

Completed surveys can be deposited in a special box at the Sedalia Water Department, dropped-off or mailed to the Municipal Building, to the attention of the City Administrator, 200 S. Osage Ave.

The survey can also be completed online.

It was noted the online survey will end at 5:00 p.m. CST on Monday, September 9, 2019.

The online survey may only be completed one time by each computer.
