An Alma man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Sunday afternoon in Pettis County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a northbound Ford F450, driven by 30-year-old Noah S. Stoll of Alma, was on Route EE, north of Kemp Road at 4 p.m., when he swerved to miss a deer in the roadway and traveled off the right side of the roadway and overturned.

Stoll suffered minor injuries, and was transported to Bothwell Regional Health Center for treatment.

The Ford had moderate damage and was towed from the scene by Don's Truck Towing.

Pettis County Deputies assisted the Patrol.

Stoll was later arrested by the Patrol at 4:49 p.m. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated chronic offender, failure to drive on the right half of the roadway and no driver's license.
