Chilhowee Woman Injured When Jeep Overturns
A Chilhowee woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Monday morning in Johnson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2008 Jeep Patriot, driven by 23-year-old Sirenity P. Laredo of Chilhowee, was on State Route F, west of SW 1000th Rad around 9:40 a.m., when the driver failed to negotiate a curve, and the Jeep traveled off the right side of the roadway, struck a ditch and overturned.

Laredo suffered serious injuries and was transported by JCAD to Research Medical Center in Kansas City for treatment.

The Jeep was totaled and towed by Warrensburg Truck and Towing.
