Circuit Court Cases Resolved April 6, 2020

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from March 20, through April 6, 2020.

Desiree N. Lee: age 38, Warsaw, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Sherry L. Liebig: age 58, Windsor, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Denise G. Speer: age 53, Independence, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Joyter Meseky: age 25, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 30 days in the Pettis County Jail for Domestic Assault 4th Degree.

Wesley C. Bradley: age 26, Sedalia, MO was sentence to 7 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after probation was revoked.

Collin T. Bressie: age 31, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 five year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five counts of Forgery.

Rebecca K. Mitchell: age 34, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections after her probation was revoked.

Charles R. Winsauer: age 38, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine.
