Circuit Court Cases Resolved – June 23 through July 3

Below is a sampling of cases that were resolved in the Circuit Court of Pettis County from June 23, 2017 through July 3, 2017.

Gunner A. Saulbeamer: age 17, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to four 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters(1 count Tampering in the First Degree, 2 counts of Resisting Arrest and 1 count Stealing).

Raymond E. Bailey, Jr.: age 27, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 4 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections for Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine).

Brandy R. Phillips: age 36, Fayette, MO was sentenced to 5 years in the Missouri Department of Corrections under 559.115 after her probation was revoked.

Jeremiah A. Boatman: age 40, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to 7 years in the Missouri Department of  Corrections under 559.115 for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Alprazolam).

Maria D. Lowe: age 35, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine] and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [Xanax].

Melissa A. Nicholson-Durham: age 30, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to consecutive terms of 4 and 3 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on two separate matters (3 years on 1 count of Domestic Assault in the 3rd degree and 4 years after her probation was revoked).

Russell M. Bain: age 55, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to five 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on five separate matters (2 Counts of Burglary in the 2nd Degree, 1 Count Tampering in the 1st Degree, 1 Count Stealing and 1 Count Possession of Burglary Tools).

Nathan M.P. Smith: age 22, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to concurrent terms of 7, 7, 7 and 4 year sentences in the Missouri Department of Corrections on four separate matters (2 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance [methamphetamine], 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance[Alprazolam] and 1 count Resisting Arrest).

Joseph E. Whitlow, Jr.: age 41, Sedalia, MO was sentenced to two consecutive 5 year sentences in the Department of Corrections on two separate matters (1 count Possession of Controlled Substance [methamphetamine] and 1 count Possession of a Controlled Substance [hydrocodone]).
