City of Sedalia Notes Holiday Schedule

City of Sedalia offices will be closed in observance of the holidays on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019 Christmas Eve; Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019, Christmas Day and Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020 New Year’s Day.

Trash and recycling pick-ups for the week of Dec. 23, 2019 will be as follows: Tuesday routes will be picked up on Monday, Dec. 23, 2019 and Wednesday routes will be picked up on Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019.

There will be no pick-ups made on Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019, Christmas Day. Thursday and Friday routes will be picked up on their normal collection days.

Trash and recycling pick-ups for the week of Dec. 30, 2019 will be as follows: Tuesday routes will be picked up on Monday, Dec. 30, 2019 and Wednesday routes will be picked up on Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019.

There will be no pick-ups made on Wednesday, January 1, 2020, New Year’s Day. Thursday and Friday routes will be picked up on their normal collection day.

The City’s Materials Management Site schedule including county recycling for these holiday weeks is modified as follows with all other days operating normal business hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., as weather permits:

 Tuesday, Dec. 24, 2019 open from 7:00 a.m. to noon (early close)

 Wednesday, Dec. 25, 2019 closed

 Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019 open from 7:00 a.m. to noon (early close)

 Wednesday, Jan. 1, 2020 closed

City offices will re-open for normal business hours after the Christmas holiday on Thursday, December 26, 2019 and after the New Year’s holiday on Thursday, January 2, 2020.
