City of Sedalia to Observe Independence Day

The City of Sedalia will observe Independence Day on Thursday, July 4 and trash collection services will be modified during that week.

A press release from the City of Sedalia indicates offices in the Municipal Building and the City’s Materials Management Site, at 27882 Highway “U”, will be closed in observance of the holiday.

Recycling and trash pick-up will be modified for the week of July 1, with Tuesday,
Wednesday, and  Thursday routes being picked-up one day earlier than normal.

All City offices including the Materials Management Site will re-open for normal business hours on Friday, July 5.
