Court Dates Postponed Through May 15

Sedalia Municipal Court has been suspended through May 15, 2020, by order of Honorable Paul Beard and pursuant to the mandate of the Supreme Court of the State of Missouri.

This affects the following court dates for City of Sedalia court dates:

Wednesday, April 22, 2020 cases have been moved to May 20, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday, April 29, 2020 cases have been moved to May 27 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday, May 6, 2020 cases have been moved to June 3, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

Wednesday, May 13, 2020 cases have been moved to June 10, 2020 at 8:30 a.m.

If you have an attorney: Contact their office for your new court date.

If you do NOT have an attorney: Check www.courts.mo.gov (Case.net) for your new court date.

Payments may still be made by calling the Court Office or online at www.courts.mo.gov.

DO NOT email your credit/debit card number.

Payments may be placed in the Water Department drop box. Please make sure your name, phone number and the word “COURT” is on the outside of your envelope.
