On Monday at approximately 3:40 p.m., Pettis County Deputies were dispatched to the area of Quisenberry and Sacajawea reference a domestic disturbance.

Upon arrival, deputies located a bleeding victim who advised the assailant, William Mulcrone, had fled the area as the deputy arrived.

Deputy Moore and Cav were called to the scene and began a track.

Approximately 200 yards later, Mulcrone gave up when confronted with the K9. He was taken into custody without incident. He is being held on charges of Domestic Assault and Driving While Revoked.

“Great work by our deputies and K9, and thankful Mulcrone had the sense to surrender without the dog being released,” commented Pettis County Sheriff Brad Anders.
