
Edwards Man Injured in Benton County Crash
An Edwards man was injured in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Monday night in Benton County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a southbound 2009 Chevrolet, driven by 65-year-old Donald J. Blankenshp, Jr., was on Route M and South Shore Drive around 8:45 p.m., when the vehicle ran off the roadway and struck two signs and a tree.
Blakenship suffered serious injuries and was flown to University Medical Center in Columbia by MU Air.

The Chevy had moderate damage and was towed by Tolliver's.
