Free Developmental Screenings Offered March 7-8

The Parents As Teachers program will offer free developmental screenings for children March 7 and 8 at the Pettis County Early Childhood Cooperative.

The free screenings are open to children age 3 months to 5 years old.

A press release from Sedalia 200 says the screenings are by appointment only and eligible children must be residents of Pettis County and not yet in kindergarten.

The areas screened include speech, vision, hearing, language, readiness, and motor skills. There is also a health questionnaire as part of the screenings.
