Council then looked at an alley vacation process that was already approved for 501-501 South Engineer per ICSTARS, LLC.  The reason was an adjacent property owner was overlooked during the process. That was corrected and will now allow for a $100,000  renovation of property that is now zoned C-1 for multi-family dwellings.  The area will include 16 parking spaces, according to ICSTARS, LLC. It was noted that the alley is not currently used for trash pickup, and has no undergrounds utilities.

Three liquor license renewals were approved by Council for three Mexican restaurants, including:

*Gloria Ayala dba Tacos Degollado, 813 Thompson Blvd., for liquor by the drink and Sunday sales, $750

*Gloria Ayala dba Don Jose, 735 West Main, for liquor by the drink and Sunday sales, $750

*Gloria Ayala dba El Espolon, 2400 South Limit, for liquor by the drink and Sunday sales, $750

During Miscellaneous, Fourth Ward Councilman Steve Bloess said he worked with the Pettis County Commission for two months straight, unable to convince them to change the wording he considers too vague in the Road & Bridge Tax language. He encouraged voters to defeat the half-cent sales tax that will be on the ballot for voters to consider April 8.

During Good & Welfare, Debbie Covington complained that the committee meetings are not being live streamed online.

Mayor Pro Tem Tina Boggess was in charge of Monday night's meeting in Mayor Andrew Dawson's absence. Mayor Dawson was not feeling well earlier in the day and asked Mayor Pro Tem Boggess to step in.
