Irvin Earl Keller, 94 of Sedalia, formerly of Silver Bay, MN, died August 21, 2013.

He was born April 30, 1919, in Lisbon, ND, a son of the late Earl George and Nettie Adaline (Hammond) Keller. On December 4, 1943, he married to Lucille Claire DuBois, who died September 9, 2008. .

Mr. Keller worked for the Reserve Mining Company in Minnesota, retiring in 1955. He and Lucille owned and operated a gas station/bait shop in Silver Bay while they raised their family. They managed several state camping parks in Missouri for a number of years. They enjoyed traveling across the United States in their Air Stream travel trailer, visiting all states except Hawaii and Utah. He also enjoyed going to casinos, fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and playing cards. He and Lucille moved to Sedalia in 2006 to be near their daughter.

He was a member of First United Methodist Church.

He is survived by three sons, Duane Keller, of NV; Eugene Keller, of MN, and David Keller, of WY; two daughters, Judy Duncan, and her husband, Dallas, of Sedalia, and LouAnn Elam, and her husband, Steven, of Silver Bay, MN; 11grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and 12 great-great grandchildren. In addition to his wife, he was preceded in death by one grandchild.

A private graveside service will be held on Monday, August 26, 2013 at Crown Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jim Downing officiating.
