if you're one of those folks who thinks today's Country music isn't country music, you'll love the Missouri State Fair's Grandstand show on Thursday, August 15, 2024.

The Missouri State Fair welcomes Ian Munsick who will headline the fair grandstand show that might. Munsick's new album, "White Buffalo" out April 7, is a spirited portrait of the American West. It's 18 songs about romance and ranch life, hard-working anthems with honkytonk hooks, and odes to family and forever-young fun. The record builds on the 29-year-old's first record, "Coyote Cry."

Munsick has been named an artist to watch by Spotify, CMT, Fender, Music Row, and more. He's recently toured alongside Morgan Wallen and Cody Johnson.

Opening for Munsick is Outlaw Country star Creed Fisher. Fisher celebrates blue-collar sensibilities, patriotism, and fun-loving pleasures in his music, a mix of Outlaw and traditional country music with Red Dirt vibes.

Tickets for Munsick are $55 if you want to sit on the track, and $45 if you're looking for grandstand seats. All concert seats are reserved and convenience charges apply to all tickets.

Tickets for Ian Munsick and Creed Fisher, as well as all Missouri State Fair Grandstand Events, go on sale at 9:00 AM CDT through ETix on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. There will be a special pre-sale for listeners of Kix 105.7, Mix 92.3, and 1050 KSIS, so keep your eyes and ears peeled for that announcement.

The Missouri State Fair is holding the Shoot Out Truck & Tractor Pulls in the grandstand on Sunday, August 11, 2024, and the Pro Pulling League on Monday, August 12, 2024.  This leaves one more slot for a concert on Saturday night August 17.
