Judy A. Kozak, 70

Judy A. Kozak, 70, of Sedalia, passed away Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Sylvia G. Thompson Residence Center.  She was born on September 13, 1942, in Angola, New York, a daughter of Joseph and Virgina (Snow) Azzerella.   She was of the catholic faith and enjoyed collecting owls. Judy worked for several years as a manager at Best Western.   Survivors include her two children, Kim Kozak of Jefferson City and John Kozak of Sedalia; a grandson, Cody Kozak of Sedalia; three brothers, Rick Azzerella of Buffalo, NY, Jim Azzerella of Myrtle Beach, VA and Ron Azzerella of Silver Creek, NY.   She was preceded in death by her parents.   A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
