
Knob Noster Woman Killed When Jeep Strikes Tree
A Knob Noster woman was killed in a one-vehicle accident that occurred Wednesday morning in Johnson County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that a westbound 2016 Jeep Wrangler, driven by a 47-year-old woman from Knob Noster, was on Highway E at NE 1221 Road after 8 a.m., when the Jeep crossed the center of the roadway and traveled off the left side, and struck a tree.
The woman was pronounced dead at 8:31 a.m., by Deputy Coroner Jennifer Howser. The body was taken to
Sweeney-Phillips and Holdren Funeral Home in Warrensburg.

The Jeep was totaled and towed by Meyer Motors in Concordia.
Johnson County Deputies assisted the Troopers on scene.
