If you love mysteries, or theater, or both, the Liberty Center Association for the Arts' next production is something you'll enjoy. The Hollow, A Murder Mystery is coming to Sedalia.

On the morning that he and his downtrodden wife, Gerda, are due to travel down to the country to weekend with friends, Dr John Christow, a successful physician and leading researcher, allows his little daughter to tell his fortune with cards. When the death card is drawn, he pays no attention, but the appearance of an old flame at The Hollow seems to be the final link in a chain of fatal circumstances.

The Hollow, a Murder Mystery was first adapted to the stage in 1951. The Liberty Center's production is being directed by Tom Eschbacher, who is a Sedalia native who has returned to his hometown after 32 years in Texas.

If you want to see the show, tickets are on sale now. The Liberty Center box office is open Tuesday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets can also be purchased online, or by calling the box office at 660-827-3228. The Liberty Center is at 111 West 5th in Sedalia.

Performances of The Hollow, a Murder Mystery will be March 4, 5, and 6; and March 11, 12, and 13. Tickets are $12 each with Senior Citizen discounts available.
